Earl Road – Ramsbottom

The clients approached us to remodel the house on all levels with a side extension to create a large open plan family area with open kitchen and dining, also to create four double bedrooms with ensuites to at least two bedrooms.

The existing house is located within a steep plot which would dictate the design approach. This encouraged us to think out of the box when designing the extension and the inside of the house.

We have produced floor plans and elevations of different design options including 3D visualisations to bring the project to life with exceptional clarity and realism to help our clients visualise their rooms and the relationships between the different spaces.

We offer 3D visualisations on all our projects as a standard. We believe these 3D images are invaluable tools to help our clients  visualise their project and make informed decisions and modifications to the design before construction.

Our scope of work involved:

• Detailed survey of the existing house and site and development of the project brief.
• Produce design options for discussion with the clients.
• Planning submission of the agreed design to the Local Authority.
• Produce Building Regulations and full tender package.
