Pownhall Road – Bramhall
This project involved the extension of an existing house in Bramhall to create a seven-bedroom house over three levels. The project consists of seven double bedrooms on the first and second floor with ensuites and dressing rooms to all bedrooms. On the ground floor the property benefitted from generous entrance hallway, an open plan kitchen, dining and family room, games room and an indoor swimming pool and gym to the rear with a formal lounge and double garage to the front as well as a home office.
The careful choice of materials, high specifications, sensitive design and client dedication has ensured that this project is finished to the highest standards and smart system technologies.
Asher Design Services worked in collaboration with Cartwright and Gross Chartered Architects to create this stunning dwelling.
Our scope of work involved:
- Produce Building Regulations and full tender package.
- Assist the planning consultants discharging planning conditions attached to the planning consent.
- Full supervision of project execution and progression on site on behalf of the client to successful completion.
