Planetree Road – Hale

This project involved the replacement of a tired large conservatory at the rear with a large new orangery to complement the architectural style of the main house to create a large kitchen, dining and family room.

The project is located within the Conservation area of Hale, therefore, the design, details and materials were carefully selected to ensure full compliance with the strict planning policies of  the area as well as the clients’ design brief.

Our scope of work involved:

• Detailed survey of the existing house and site and development of the project brief.
• Produce design options for discussion with the clients.
• Planning submission of the agreed design to the Local Authority.
