Hargate Drive – Hale

This project involved the transformation of this modest detached house in the Conservation Area of Hale by building a large two storey front and rear extensions with a large indoor swimming pool at the rear with modifications to the internal layout and full refurbishment. 

The project also entails the creation of a large double volume entrance hallway, bar room, relaxation room, pool table room, gym and cinema room.

The careful choice of materials, high specifications, sensitive design and client dedication has ensured that this project is finished to the highest standards and smart system technologies.

Our scope of work involved:

• Detailed survey of the existing house and site and development of the project brief.
• Produce design options for discussion with the clients.
• Planning submission of the agreed design to the Local Authority.
• Produce Building Regulations and full tender package.
• Assist the clients choose a suitable contractor and prepare the project contract.
• Full project management on the client side during construction to successful completion.
