Davenport Park Apartments – Stockport
This project is in the Davenport Park conservation area in Stockport. The project consists of the demolition of the existing Davenport Park Hotel and the erection of a new building of 39 high quality apartments (20no. 1 bed apartment and 19no. 2 bed apartment) over six levels.
Asher Design Services worked in collaboration with Cartwright and Gross Chartered Architects to create this stunning development.
Our scope of work involved:
- Produce Building Regulations and full tender package.
- Assist the planning consultants discharging planning conditions attached to the planning consent.
- Full supervision of project execution and progression on site on behalf of the client to successful completion.
