Cleveland Road – Ealing – London

This project involved the transformation of this modest semi-detached house in West Ealing by building a large single storey rear extension with full internal remodeling. 

The project entails turning this four-bedroom house into a five-bedroom house over three levels,  with an open plan kitchen, dining and family room to the rear on the ground floor.

Externally the project included the erection of a large outbuilding to house a gym in the rear garden with full external landscaping to the front and rear.

Our scope of work involved:

• Detailed survey of the existing house and site and development of the project brief.
• Produce design options for discussion with the clients.
• Planning submission of the agreed design to the Local Authority.
• Produce Building Regulations and full tender package.
• Assist the clients choose a suitable contractor and prepare the project contract.
• Full project management on the client side during construction to successful completion.
