Stage 1 – Initial Consultation

Understanding your needs is fundamental to the design stage and the project as a whole. We provide a complimentary initial consultation with you at your home to discuss your requirements in depth and develop a design brief based on your needs, aspirations and your budget.

We will also take you through the different project stages and what fees to expect from us and from other consultants.

Should our fee proposal be successful, a measured survey of your house and site will be undertaken to kick start the next stage.
