Stage 5 – Project Execution

This is the final stage of your project – construction.

We will introduce you to recommended builders and will liaise with you and them at all key stages of the construction process. We will also prepare the Contract document between you and the chosen contractor.

As qualified PMP professionals, we will oversee the entire build stage to give you peace of mind and to ensure that your project is delivered to the highest standards in line with your vision, the drawings we worked together to create, as well as the project schedule and budget.

We will make regular site visits and check that everything is being built in accordance with the drawings and the Building Regulations Standards. We will also liaise with you and other project teams to agree and manage any design changes that might arise during construction.
