Stage 4 – Detailed Design

Once Planning Permission is granted, we will prepare detailed drawings to show compliance with the current Building Regulations Requirements as a basic package to obtain Building Control Approvals. We can also prepare a more detailed and comprehensive architectural package to include the above plus a full architectural design specification and construction detailing to form a complete set of tender package, enabling us to obtain fixed quotes from our recommended builders.

The detailed design drawings will include all technical construction drawings plus schematic electrical power and lighting layouts, interior design elements such as fixed furniture and finishes, bathroom design, tiling specification, kitchen design intent, external landscaping and finishes.

As part of this process, we will also obtain approval for Building Regulations before we start on site, and we will liaise with potential suppliers during the construction phase to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.
